How do we do this? We have talented seamstresses that work on your garment as soon as you have ordered. Nothing is pre-made, it is all to your specific needs and wants.
All our gowns and robes are made right here in the USA by our very talented seamstresses. Why do they do it? They love to sew and now are making a living on what they love to do. What is the difference between a nightgown and a wedding gown? Our wedding gowns are made only on request from clients and are often inspired by favorite nightgown designs. We choose more exotic fabrics since wedding gowns do not typically need to be washed regularly, and the designs are fully lined.
The client for this dress was tiny, but loved butterflies, so we created the gown from a single length of delicate silk. The bodice is a collage of silver Venice lace, all hand embroidered with glittering crystals. The underskirt (which shows at the front) was embellished with a butterfly applique and more crystals. To finish the outfit we created a tulle cape in white with pink to pick out the color of the butterflies.
This dress was a one off and can't be repeated, but if you like it we'd be happy to create something similar.
