| What if I'm not really a nightgown person?
Every woman is a nightgown person on the right occasion. If you're staring at a nightgown thinking 'I love it, I want it' but a small voice in your head is saying 'but I'd never wear it' then please ignore it. Many of our nightgown and robe sets are very versatile and can be used both in and out of the house. Some of the nightgowns are obviously more for bedroom use, if this is not normally you, we suggest you give it a try. It can be fun. Most of us are looking for a little more romance in our lives, while we often wait for this to come from the men in our lives, it may be that you have to show them. We've never heard of a man that complained!

What if I'm in a hurry
We keep a small stock of items and may have soemthing suitable, so please drop us an email or give us a call.
It usually takes around 2-3 weeks to complete an order, though it may be four weeks if the fabric is out of stock. If you need an item sooner, please let us know and depending on the workload we may be able to help.
What if it doesn't fit
If you have taken your measurements accurately (and recently) there is no reason why your custom made Certain Style nightgown should not fit. If it doesn't, you have two options, take pictures of the problem and return the item to be corrected, or return the item unworn for a full and immediate refund.
If you are not confident in your ability to take measurements, email us - we have regular fitting sessions in Central Florida where you can be professionally measured, see samples of our clothing and take a look at color charts. We plan to visit other cities in the near future, cotact us and we will make an appointment for our next visit. We make a small charge of the fitting which is refunded when you place an order.
What if I don't like the color.
While we make every effort to show the colors of our nightgowns and robes as accurately as possible, colors do not always display accurately on a computer monitor. If you are anxious to make an exact color match for some reason, please let us know and we will send you fabric swatches so you can see the color before placing your order.
