How do I return an item?
RETURNS or EXCHANGES
All items for return must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt and unworn. We regret we cannot issue refunds on custom made items, or items which have been worn, altered or damaged.
Where an item has been made specifically for you (it is not an item which appears on our web site) there is a non-refundable, 20% cut charge. Such custom made items can be returned for store credit only.
We regret we cannot refund items which are not returned within the 10 day period, these can only be returned for in-store credit.
Return or Exchange an Item by Mail
You may send the item back to us at the address below using any method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange the item or refund as you instruct. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping charge.
